All service prices are subject to change following an inspection, depending on the vehicle’s size, condition, and other time-related factors. Vehicles that are extremely dirty or have excessive pet hair, stains, odors, mold, tree sap, or heavy buildup may require additional time and may incur extra charges.
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us here at On The Go Detailing, that being said each customer is entitled to schedule a "touch up" if something was missed during the detail. We however do ask that each customer do a thorough inspection of the detail when the job is completed, that way we know you are happy with the detail before leaving.
Although we utilize top-of-the-line professional tools and products to deliver the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, pet hair, odors, scratches, swirl marks, or other permanent imperfections.
All packages are priced before city sales tax and 3% cc processing fee.
Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings prior to the appointment, as we cannot be held liable for any lost items. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, or structural issues that may become apparent during or after the detailing process.
We have a minimum booking fee of $180 plus sales tax and processing fee. A cancellation fee of $180 or more may be imposed for appointments canceled without at least 24 hours notice. Any payments not made for work done or a cancellation fee within 15 business days, will be sent to collections.
While scheduled arrival times represent our target, delays may occur due to the condition of prior appointments, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please note that cancellations on the day of service due to employee delays do not exempt clients from the cancellation fee, as scheduled times are intended as estimated arrival times.
