As long as we have access to your vehicle, we don't require that you be present during the appointment, but strongly suggest that you be there if possible. Many customers make arrangements to come back at the end time to inspect their vehicle — just let us know!

Yes. For interior only, we need access to electricity. For exterior only or both interior and exterior, we need access to water and electricity.

The duration depends on your selected package and your vehicle’s condition, but most interior or exterior details take 2 to 3.5 hours. Full interior + exterior details take 3.5-6 hours (This time range does not include paint correction and ceramic coating.)

Our detailing is fully mobile — we come to your location, or you can come to us! We do need the vehicle to be unlocked, and if the vehicle is being dropped off, we require keys.
